Everyone will occasionally feel bloated , but still no one likes it. To get rid of the bloating that is driving you to pass gas, there are a number of things you can do.

As for green tea, research evidence is lacking. You also need to consider that green tea contains caffeine, which should be limited to some people, especially those with heart problems or anemia and people taking certain medications.
5. Eat gut-friendly foods
According to the Cleveland Clinic, no food removes or absorbs gas, but foods that are gut biota friendly can help increase digestive-supporting bacteria and reduce bad bacteria that interfere with digestion, which over time can improve gut health. And a healthier gut means less gas.
Probiotic foods include: yogurt, miso soup, naturally fermented pickles, tempeh, kimchi. Fibrous plant foods can also help the good microbes in the gut do their job, such as bananas, onions, artichokes, asparagus.
6. Avoid or limit certain foods and drinks
Different foods can trigger gas for different people. But some of the most common causes including cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli and nuts are some of the most well-known culprits, according to the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG).
Additionally, according to the ACG, foods that contain sugar alcohols such as the sorbitol found in chewing gum, for example, can cause bloating from gas-producing bacteria in your intestines.
Meanwhile, according to Johns Hopkins Medicine advises avoiding carbonated drinks because of the main risk factors for belching, bloating and gas.
The rest, avoid fried foods and if you are lactose intolerant, avoid milk, ice cream and some cheeses.
